So we decided to build with BRC in the Red Hawk Community and I'm so glad we did. The process was too easy. Pick out your lot and your style of interior and they take care of everything else for you. My main concern was am I going to have enough storage. And it turns out I have more than I know what to do with, the way these homes are built inside and out is the way homes should be built. They're not just thrown up without care like most companies do now. If you're thinking of buying a home, why not build at a cheap pre-sale price and live in a brand new home that your going to know the history of.

Many thanks to the builder, Bob, who was always very helpful to our needs, definitely eased our anxieties as first-time buyers. The location if this development is perfect. Nestled between two busy main roads (Meridian and Canyon). Many local businesses (shops and restaurants) are only minutes away. Yet it's a very quiet neighborhood. We love our first home and proud to be part of the Bill Riley Communities.

After seeing the BRC home model, I knew it was the perfect choice for me. The price per square footage couldn't be better. I have also been very impressed with the quality of the homes. I like the fact that the yard was filled with gravel/rock between homes. It gives the homes a nice, clean, finished look. I am very happy with my home!

In February 2009, we were living in Albany, New York and were planning a permanent move to the Puyallup area in August. We flew out to Seattle for a house-hunting trip. Our realtor showed us the Red Hawk development.
We had a meeting with Lori Morrison and Bill Riley's Construction Foreman, Bob, to look over our options. We chose the Emerald Plan and requested a completion date of August 5, 2009. During those months while the house was built being 3,000 miles away made it difficult; however, all e-mails of our concerns to Lori Morrison through our realtor were addressed and handled appropriately.
When we arrived in August, the house was completed on time, which made it easier for us, since we had no temporary accommodations. Our house was built well with numerous upgrades and is of good quality workmanship. When we closed, we were given a contact list of sub-contractors who installed various items within the house as part of any warranty issues.
We have contacted Foreman Bob several times since the sale on various issues, and he has been very courteous in helping solve any questions we may have. He should be applauded for his assistance to customers especially after the sale. This shows he is meticulous with his work and expects the best quality work from himself and his crew, and does care of his customers.

Our family moved into the Red Hawk community two months ago following a very smooth journey getting the house built and obtaining financing.
Larissa Littrell does an amazing job as a Real Estate Agent representing the buyer. We had such a good experience with her as she kept us informed every step of the way, guided us, gave us excellent advice and basically held our hand through out the whole process.
I would also like to highly commend Bill Riley and his team for their excellent workmanship. On moving into our home we liked and could not find fault with anything. The builder is extremely thorough, skilled and knowledgeable, which is exactly what one wants when they are having a home built for them.
On the whole I cannot say enough good things about BRC. It is our pleasure to have worked with BRC to ultimately move into Red Hawk. We love our new home and are so thankful that we purchased the upgrades, i.e. the fencing, landscaping, décor in the kitchen. You come away from the experience feeling like you have totally designed your own home and have the satisfaction of knowing that your are not going to fork our any more money because you had everything included originally in the process!!

We just wanted to take a minute to tell you what a great employee Bob Rester is. We moved into our home back in May 2008 in Lipoma Firs. Bob has been wonderful. He very responsive, and extremely customer service oriented. He is always willing to answer our questions, and explain why he can or cannot do something. In fact, everyone at your company has been great to deal with.
We have owned or lived in several homes from a few different builders over the last few years. We had to move into this smaller home due to an injury to my daughter Deanna. We can all honestly say that the this has been the best house and best service we have had from any builder. I know that if we stay in this area, and we need another home, we would definitely consider your company.
